Prom Starlets: How to create Katy Perry's Look
To create Katy's look first start with the eyes.
1. Use Onyx Pencil and smudge out.
2. For definition use Dolce Vita mixed with Chocolate to emphasize the corner look.
3. Line eye with Noir Cake Liner.
4. Highlight brow bone and inner corner with Tranquility eye color.
5. Fill brows with Taupe brow color and set with Browfix.
6. Lashes use Lash Primer and finish with a Lengthening Mascara.
Cheeks: Paradise
Lips: Flesh lip pencil, Innocence lip stick, Tease lip gloss.
