2011 VMA: Katy Perry's Look

Katy's has light shadows on the eyes to balance out the dark liner and mascara. Cheek color very natural and bold lip look to balance out the eyes. Easy steps to recreate this look:

Eyes:

1) Start with an Eye Primer blend evenly over the lid

2) Eye color: mix the color Purple Essence with Barbie over the eye primer and blend

3)Eye liner use a cake liner such as Noir on top and use a Black pencil to line the bottom of the eye

4) Finish the look with lots and lots of mascara

Face:

1) Even out your face with a foundation and then conceal any blemishes or under eye darkness with a concealer

2) Cheek color: use Paradise blush

Lips:

1) Lip Look use O'natural Lip balm to prime the lip to smooth and plump out the lips

2) Lipstick: use a bold color like Khuraira infatuation lipstick
